What is TopRank?
Your position on our platform is based on a number of factors including your proximity to the customers, and your overall performance, such as the number of orders and quality of reviews. The more you excel in these areas, the higher you appear in the search results. However, that may not be the case and you may appear lower than desired.

TopRank is an advertising tool that instantly boosts the position of your restaurant on our platform. Keep in mind that on the TopRank page we display your average sorting position for your entire delivery area, so your final results per delivery area may differ.

How do I activate TopRank?

This is how you can get started:

1. Go to restaurants.takeaway.com and log in, using your Restaurant Portal credentials.

2. Open the TopRank page under the ‘Marketing’ section.
You automatically land on the ‘Upgrade Position’ tab. Click ‘Customers nearby’ to view how you rank among customers near your restaurant. Want to see your average position for all your customers, regardless of the zipcode they order from? Then select ‘All Customers’.

3. Select a position and click on ‘Get this rank’.
A pop-up message will be displayed, notifying you about the extra fee per order. Please note that your position shown in ‘Nearby Customers’ and average position in ‘All Customers’ may differ due to the difference in proximity to your customers.

4. Confirm, and you’re done!
The website will refer you back to ‘Upgrade Position’ where you can see the change in immediate effect.

5. Measure, learn and grow!
In the ‘Position Overview’ section you’ll find an overview of the ad’s performance – and make adjustments anytime.
