How to: Manage Your Orders

Whether you use an order device or your Restaurant Portal, managing your orders is easy. Having full control and management over your orders is important to your business and can help increase satisfaction among your customers.

What can I do if my restaurant is too busy?
A large amount of orders can put your restaurant under pressure. If you think this will negatively affect the quality of your service you can always temporarily close your restaurant on our platform until the next day. You can also choose to temporarily close for just a few hours. You can do this by clicking the ‘Restaurant Open’ slider located within the dashboard of your portal, or through ‘Settings’ on your terminal.

How can I update my customers on the status of their order?
The FoodTracker gives your customers an up-to-date status on where their food is. Why should you use this? Setting realistic expectations keeps customers happier and helps your restaurant to get more positive reviews.
Using the T-Connect Software, or terminal, you can record every step of the order. Manage customer expectations by setting an estimated time of arrival. You can change the expected delivery time should the order run late.

How can I check my customer reviews?
Customers have the option to leave a review after they have received their order. Our team keeps a close eye on all reviews to prevent inappropriate remarks or language. If you feel a review is inappropriate, click on ‘Report this comment’ and our team will check it as soon as possible. You can check your reviews by clicking on ‘New Ratings’ in the dashboard of the portal. Here you can see your overall score, which is shown on the platform, and comments added by your customers.
